Responsibilities include conducting mental health and behavioral health assessments, providing individual, family, and group therapy, developing individual treatment plans and recovery goals, and delivering evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy services (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care formats).You will also be responsible for providing treatment for individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation, and offer both in-person and telehealth services to meet the needs of clients throughout the community.Required QualificationsCandidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or another mental health-related discipline and hold a current New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Workers (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual, family, and group therapy; treating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders; developing treatment plans; and conducting clinical assessments. Candidates should also be comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services and possess a valid New Jersey driver's license with an acceptable diving history.Preferred QualificationsWe welcome applicants with experience working in outpatient behavioral health settings and serving individuals with mental health and substance use challenges within their communities.
