Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available day 1, 401k and moreFloat Pool  Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU), Step Down, Telemetry Med / Surg, Telemetry Nurse, Telemetry Cardiac, Med-Surg Ortho, Med-surg Adult, Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU) Shifts: 12hr nights Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the care provided in the patient care department which is consistent with the established strategic plan, goals, and objectives for the organizationKey Responsibilities:Responsible for 24-hour management of the patient care department ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional patient experiences. Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge, critical thinking, and skills based on principles of psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences that utilize the nursing process. Demonstrates attributes of servant leadership, communicates exceptionally, and motivates others to achieve outcomes through work with multidisciplinary teams.Requirements:BSN required, MSN preferred. Minimum 2-3year(s) exp. Minimum 1 1/2year(s) exp. Interim leadership/nurse manager experienceBLS, ACLS, Experience in telemetry or step-down preferred.Strong assessment, multitasking, and crisis management skills.Work Environment & Demands:Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
