Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility, where collaboration and teamwork are emphasized. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a consistent routine for our staff and facilitating effective patient care. The facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technology to ensure our Physical Therapists have the resources needed to deliver high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs and establish targeted treatment goals that address functionality and mobility.
• Design and implement individualized physical therapy programs that integrate evidence-based practices for optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage an efficient patient load by seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and personalized interactions.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function effectively.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments, maintaining an open line of communication regarding treatment effectiveness and adjustments needed.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information, adhering to statutory and practice standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary settings to enhance overall patient care and achieve holistic treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient population that primarily consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation from various conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist at Trigger Physical Therapy, you will develop deep relationships with patients as you help guide their recovery journey and facilitate their road to improved health and mobility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions on record.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in providing outpatient physical therapy services.
• Comprehensive understanding of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable, as this role requires familiarity with treating musculoskeletal conditions and devising personalized rehabilitation plans. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management will also be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
