Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, specifically tailored for a home care environment.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that leverage a variety of therapeutic methods, including exercise, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Tracking patient progress meticulously by documenting treatments, responses to therapy, and reassessing therapeutic goals regularly to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Educating patients, families, and healthcare team members on effective therapeutic practices and appropriate use of assistive modalities to foster independence and self-care.
• Maintaining your professional knowledge by participating in workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
