Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual objectives and needs of each patient entering our facility.

• Manage a structured schedule, treating approximately one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality interactions and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including advanced manual therapy techniques, to provide effective care tailored to our outpatient setting.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all evaluations and treatments in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating a diverse range of patients, particularly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain issues. Our clientele includes individuals of all ages, from athletes seeking to enhance performance to elderly patients focused on maintaining mobility and independence. You will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with these patients, understanding their unique challenges, and motivating them towards their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in providing physical therapy services, particularly in outpatient orthopedic environments.
• Unblemished professional record devoid of any board actions or disciplinary measures that could impact practice.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
