Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post  journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Perform  bank, credit card, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations .
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy and proper coding.
• Assist with  Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and research discrepancies.
• Assist with  accruals, prepaid expenses, and account analysis .
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with  cash management and cash forecasting activities.
• Review and reconcile payment activity, refunds, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with  audit and tax requests by providing supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and work with internal departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in  Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience with  general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and month-end close .
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/accounting systems required.
• Strong  Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large data sets, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience with financial reporting and account analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Hospitality, travel, or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
