Learn more at TEKsystems.com.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Audit and process vendor invoices for paymentMonitor and verify adherence to company spending and approval policiesMake proper determination of these expenses and invoices to appropriate G/L accountsResearch, audit, and respond to spending and account inquiries for internal and external customersDirectly accountable for meeting set deadlines to ensure payments and expenses are processed in a timely manner and to achieve accurate and timely financial reportingProvide customer service support to internal and external customers regarding payment inquiriesProcess internal expensesProcess purchasing card requests on an as needed basisAd hoc projects as requiredQualificationsQualifications:Strong communication skills and work ethicSolid customer service skillsMust be detail oriented, organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrentlyAbility to multi-task and work in a team environment: although must also be able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience:1-2 years of prior AP experience required; pursuing 2-year degree a plusIntermediate Excel skills requiredCompensation: $24.04/hr and eligible for overtime + bonus (quarterly)Employees also receive a benefits package including a 401(k) company matched retirement savings plan, health plans, paid time off and holiday pay.
