Director of Payroll

Healthcare system looking to bring on an Director of Payroll! Full Relocation! MUST HAVE hands-on Oracle Payroll operational experience. Serve as the payroll operational lead following an Oracle Payroll implementation and has been actively involved in testing, enhancement requests, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization while leading enterprise payroll operations. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience within a large, complex organization. Hands-on Oracle Payroll experience is required. Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle Payroll after implementation, including: Quarterly release testing Troubleshooting Payroll validation Post-go-live optimization Experience serving as the Payroll business lead or Payroll SME working alongside HRIS and IT teams. Multi-state payroll leadership experience. Experience leading payroll teams within a shared services or enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll accounting, and payroll operations. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle HCM. Experience supporting payroll system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
