Seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Customer Service Representative, the full-time temporary position will engage with customers remotely, addressing their concerns and providing support while managing customer information in Salesforce CRM. Key responsibilities: Engage with customers who have experienced multiple dealership visits and provide necessary support Confirm and update customer contact information accurately within Salesforce CRM Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow established processes for follow-up Required qualifications: Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in contact centers or customer care environments Ability to handle difficult or emotionally charged interactions professionally and empathetically Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities High attention to detail and ability to work independently following guidelines
