Program Officer

To provide strategic programmatic support across various deliverables, the fully remote Program Officer will manage donor reporting, partner relations, and communications for projects in South Asia on a contract basis for 6 to 9 months. Key responsibilities Coordinate logistics for special events and partner meetings, ensuring smooth applicant onboarding and timely completion of deliverables Develop operational tools and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to project progress and donor requirements Manage grant administration, including budget negotiation, payment processing, and compliance with funder documentation Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant programmatic experience, preferably with donor programs in media development or civic tech Strong English fluency and writing skills, with editorial or information curation experience preferred Understanding of the human rights environment and stakeholders in South Asia Experience in monitoring and evaluation, including familiarity with logic models and program management plans Proven ability to work independently and effectively coordinate across geographies and time zones
