Senior Strategist

What We Are Looking For

An experienced strategist with brilliant storytelling capabilities, who can make the complex simple, write exciting creative briefs with an interesting perspective, unlock growth for our clients, and set up the conditions for creative excellence in creator advertising.

They'll demonstrate their leadership and commercial understanding by being a brand guardian on key clients and building relationships with key stakeholders in our US team.

What You Will Be Doing

Devise the content strategy on Responses to Briefs that shift the needle of what creator-led advertising can achieve for our clients.

Articulate the human truths with a creator lens upon which a creative concept can be built in a new way the client hasn't heard before.

Write inspiring creative briefs setting out clear direction and ways to win in the creator space that leverage these truths.

Conduct social landscape and cultural analysis to identify how people are behaving and why.

Define and articulate a meaningful target audience and uncover their platform behaviors, attitudes and nuances.

Produce a clear messaging recommendation including a content plan based on what we need to say to who and when.

Set out guidance on phasing across the duration of social activations, including flighting recommendations (eg. burst vs always on).

Hypothesise what type of content will deliver against the client objective and ensure testing of this is baked into the measurement approach.

Set out a clear measurement framework including the KPIs that indicate whether the activation has been successful.

Skills and Attributes

Proven expertise in writing inspiring, clear creative briefs that set direction and leverage human insights within the creator space.

An effective body of work to draw upon that demonstrates the ability to inspire, challenge and make creative leaps into new ideas.

Building excellent client relationships with a perspective on macro trends, innovations and new business models.

A proven and dynamic creative problem-solver; able to bring a fresh perspective by connecting the dots in unexpected ways.

Collaborative, yet independent and proactive – comfortable with sharing thoughts and opinions to build on ideas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
