Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client.
\n
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that address specific issues such as family conflicts, divorce adjustments, communication difficulties, and grief.
\n
• Facilitating sessions that support the dynamics of blended families, providing strategies for effective communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Working collaboratively with other members of the clinical team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and better therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patients will include adults and adolescents facing a wide range of behavioral health issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency
\n
• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss challenges
\n
• Family dynamics and sibling conflicts
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued by the state of Oregon.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare and a passion for supporting clients through their challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.
\n
• Proficiency in working with diverse family structures and multicultural populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Valley Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, benefits for full-time therapists include:
