Aurora Behavioral Health is seeking an organized, customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Glendale team. What You'll Do Process all new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation. Assist applicants, employees, and visitors with HR-related questions. Answer and screen incoming phone calls and walk-ins. Maintain employee personnel files and confidential HR records. Track licenses, annual physicals, evaluations, and compliance documentation. Assist with employment status changes, new hires, leaves of absence, and terminations. Support new employee orientation and create a welcoming onboarding experience. Ensure accurate recordkeeping while maintaining confidentiality. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and leadership. Collaborate with department managers and support day-to-day HR operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred. Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare. Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced office environment. Strong computer and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be at least 21 years of age. Current negative TB test or medical clearance. Ability to meet fingerprint clearance requirements.
