This position primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while ensuring all necessary resources are readily available. Our outpatient office in Hartsville serves as a welcoming space for in-person appointments. We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, facilitating flexible scheduling options. Team collaboration is encouraged, with regular meetings and consultations to share insights and foster development.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeted toward trauma recovery and resilience building.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process trauma effectively, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
