CPY0001 Young Life Incorporated

Position Overview Join Young Life as a staff member dedicated to supporting the organization’s mission of evangelism and discipleship. Your role will encompass spiritual development, leadership training, resource mobilization, direct ministry activities, and essential administrative support. Responsibilities Spiritual Development Develop and sustain a yearly personal growth plan that promotes vibrant spiritual life. Maintain relationships and spiritual disciplines within active church communities. Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and community engagement. Leadership Development Recruit, train, and supervise new leaders to build a diverse leadership team. Assist volunteer care, team building, and vision casting initiatives. Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership to share progress. Resource Development Plan and execute events and donor care initiatives to raise financial support. Communicate ministry updates and progress to donor partners. Assist with camp fundraisers and attend related committee events. Direct Ministry Engage in all levels of contact work, clubs, and campaigners. Assist teams in conducting high‑quality ministry and discipleship programs. Participate in summer and school‑season camping strategies and, when required, serve on summer staff. Ministry Support Perform accounting, administrative, communication, data management, and strategic planning tasks. Maintain professionalism in office hours, conduct, and time management. Set and review yearly ministry and personal goals; complete expense reports promptly. Training Attend regional training events and individualized training under area director supervision. Develop personal spiritual maturity, enhance character, and acquire ministry skill competencies. Education Pursuing a college degree (preferred). Qualifications Proven relational skills with both children and adults. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Working Conditions Must reside in Salem County, NJ area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
