Chief of Staff

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $234,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Run the operating rhythm for the Office of the CPO, including executive meetings Drive preparation, agendas, and follow-through for leadership discussions Create executive-ready materials for board meetings and product strategy Manage R&D All Hands program and internal communications to ensure clarity Organize leadership offsites to strengthen team culture and engagement Translate company OKRs into actionable input for R&D Act as a liaison across Product, Engineering, and Design to surface misalignments Lead special projects requiring strong judgment and structure Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in product management, design, UX, product marketing, or operations in tech Proven experience supporting senior product or R&D leaders Exceptional communication skills for creating clear narratives and decision-making materials Strong skills in meeting design and decisive follow-through Ability to influence and work across diverse functions without causing bottlenecks Strategic problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations High emotional intelligence and sound judgment handling sensitive information Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to boost productivity Benefits Mental health, wellness & fitness benefits Career coaching & support Inclusive family building benefits Long-term savings or retirement plans In-office culinary options for dietary preferences Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
