Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics, customer service, and operational activities. This position will be responsible for coordinating orders and shipments, processing and maintaining accurate data, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring logistics activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have previous logistics and operations experience , strong data-processing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Sage . This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including customer orders, shipments, deliveries, and scheduling.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery information, shipment updates, and service-related questions.
• Accurately process and enter customer, order, shipping, and operational data into company systems.
• Monitor orders and shipments from initial entry through final delivery to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Identify and resolve shipping, order, inventory, and customer service discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and internal operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, inventory movements, customer communications, and operational activity.
• Utilize Sage to enter, maintain, and retrieve order and operational information.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track data, maintain reports, analyze information, and support daily operational needs.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative functions related to logistics and operations.
• Track delivery schedules and proactively communicate delays, shortages, or other issues.
• Support operations management with reporting, data analysis, process improvements, and special projects.
• Ensure documentation and system information are complete and accurate.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while balancing operational priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, supply chain, customer service, or operations required.
• Strong operations background with an understanding of order processing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery coordination.
• Experience with Sage software strongly preferred .
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including spreadsheets, data management, formulas, sorting/filtering, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience processing and maintaining high volumes of data with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working closely with customers, operations, warehouse teams, carriers, and management.

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000 annually



Additional Compensation: Bonus opportunity
