Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ Annually

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service

• Conduct listing consultations with prospective home sellers
• Develop pricing strategies and present comparative market analyses
• Guide sellers through every stage of the listing and sales process
• Maintain communication and follow-up using established CRM systems
• Convert listing opportunities into signed agreements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Manage transactions from listing appointment to closing

Qualifications:

• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
