Job Description Are you a relationship-driven outside sales professional who enjoys winning new business and partnering with architects, designers, contractors, and commercial customers? CRD Careers has partnered with an industry leader in commercial building products seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow business throughout the Tampa and Sarasota markets . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys autonomy, consultative selling, and building long-term client relationships. What You'll Do Develop new business while growing existing accounts Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers Become the trusted product expert for your territory Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations Support projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial construction Travel throughout the West Florida territory meeting with customers and prospects Qualifications Outside B2B sales experience Experience selling building materials, construction products, architectural products, commercial interiors, flooring, finishes, or related solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong territory management abilities Bachelor's degree preferred Must live in the Tampa or Sarasota area Preferred Experience calling on architects and interior designers Commercial specification experience Spanish bilingual Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 Performance Bonus Commission Opportunity Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off Professional Development Opportunities If you're looking for a company that values relationships, consultative selling, and long-term growth, we'd love to speak with you.
