Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Social Worker (SW) license in the state, with valid School Social Worker endorsement (#071)
• Proven background working as a School Social Worker within educational settings
• Able to develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans in accordance with individual student needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to create and implement student support plans
• Engage with families, teachers, and external agencies to coordinate services and resources
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations based on student needs
• Assist in crisis intervention and develop prevention strategies for at-risk students
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality requirements
