Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Therapists to join our team in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This is an onsite role focused on providing exceptional therapy services to our patients in their own homes. Work Environment

In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday in a structured schedule of 40 hours per week. Your primary setting will be within the homes of our clients, where you will provide therapy services that are tailored specifically to their needs. You'll be part of a larger, multidisciplinary team that collaborates to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring alignment with physician directives.
• Implement therapy sessions in patients' homes, utilizing equipment and modalities that optimize their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatment progress and outcomes, complying with medical standards and regulations.
• Enhance patient education by consulting and training patients and their caregivers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for ongoing rehabilitation.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service that fosters patient trust and satisfaction, thereby contributing to the effectiveness of care delivery.
• Achieve established utilization goals alongside other performance metrics to support the business objectives of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Joint Ventures, you will treat a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Your clients will range from orthopedic patients recovering from surgery to pediatric cases requiring specialized approaches, neurologic conditions that need tailored interventions, and sports medicine patients aiming to regain their athletic performance. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a physical therapy program accredited by the APTA or CAPTE.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license to practice.
• Hold a Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective patient interactions.
• Familiarity with computer systems and word processing software is necessary for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home health care settings is a plus, although we welcome new graduates who exhibit eagerness to learn and grow.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients to surpass functional goals and enhance rehabilitation experiences.
• A strong desire to connect positively with people and actively contribute to community relationships and outreach programs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package.
