Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases, assessing their physical and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans leveraging a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, strength training, and functional movement exercises, tailored to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize contemporary techniques and modalities to help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore physical function.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their responses to therapy.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and assistive devices, empowering them to manage care independently.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with the broader healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of therapy services.
• Stay current with best practices by attending workshops, seminars, and reviewing relevant literature, thereby enhancing your professional expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist, you will work with both children and adults, addressing a myriad of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological impairments, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy, with a valid CPR certificate.

Compensation and Benefits
