You'll be responsible for introducing our products to businesses, industrial and medical establishments, and individuals, with a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships.* Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and generate leads.* Present our products to clients and tailor sales presentations to their specific needs.* Build rapport and address customer objections effectively.* Plan and organize work schedules to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new accounts.* Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.* Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.* Stay updated on market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.* Maintain accurate records and submit required reports.* Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.* Present a professional image reflective of our company values.* Identify and mobilize key customers stakeholders at all levels within targeted customers to execute profitable sales growth busigning new customers business accounts.* Establishes and maintains clear and consistent lines of communication with internal departments relative to new customer developments, customer successes, customer opportunities, another customer specific information related to sales executing* Utilizes all available resources to accomplish growth opportunities.## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## ****Required Qualifications:***** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.* Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.* Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage.* Strong negotiation and selling skills.* Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.* Ability to adapt to different personalities and backgrounds.* Physical ability to perform essential job functions.* Flexibility to work varied hours to meet customer needs**Preferred Qualifications:*** 4+ years of successful sales experience in industrial, commercial, or educational markets.* Knowledge of industrial, specialty, and medical gases (preferred).\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Benefits**We care about and support our Airgas Families.
