Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend and Some Holidays Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess neurological and critical care patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Identify and manage lethal cardiac rhythms including ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and asystole
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a high-acuity, academic medical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience in a Neuro ICU or equivalent specialty within the last three years
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must pass a telemetry/cardiac rhythm interpretation exam (Adult and Pediatric) with a score of 80% or higher, including 100% identification of lethal rhythms and no incorrect answers on third-degree heart block questions; maximum of three attempts permitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation
