Key Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials. Read and interpret blueprints, schews, and engineering specifications to determine welding requirements. Inspect welded components for quality, defects, and adherence to established standards. Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Troubleshoot welding issues and implement corrective actions to optimize processes. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve welding procedures and product design. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to project specifications. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field. AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification, preferably D1.1 or D1.6. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing welding environments. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to perform various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick.
