Job Description As a Security Officer - Corporate Lobby Patrol , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.85 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, building perimeters, parking areas, loading zones, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation protocols. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property procedures. Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
