We are growing fast and looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing & Content Specialist to join us directly in our office. If you love taking complex ideas and turning them into engaging videos, beautiful slide decks, and cohesive brand messaging, this is the role for you! The Role You won't be cold-calling prospects or chasing down leads. Instead, your mission is to keep our brand consistent, fresh, and highly visible. You will be the creative engine of our firm, handling everything from video production and event planning to acting as the primary internal contact for our outsourced SEO agency. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Video Production & YouTube Management: Record in-office videos of our leadership team discussing hot topics. Edit and optimize these videos for YouTube, our website, and social media channels. Graphic Design & Desktop Publishing: Take ownership of our visual brand. Design invitations, letterheads, flyers, and marketing collateral for local seminars and events. Presentation Design: Build polished, highly engaging PowerPoint slide decks for our upcoming client presentations and seminars. SEO Agency Liaison: Partner directly with our external, outsourced SEO agency. You will take their keyword strategies and content recommendations and turn them into concrete content plans, ensuring our website stays fresh. Local Event Coordination: Manage our involvement with the Chamber of Commerce, set up local events, coordinate with external vendors (e.g., guest speakers), and ensure our seminars run smoothly. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Content Specialist, or similar creative role. Strong hands‑on experience with baseline video recording and editing (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) and advanced PowerPoint skills. Outstanding organizational and communication skills. You must be comfortable managing timelines with external vendors. Ability to work 100% on‑site at our San Ramon office. This is an on‑site position based in San Ramon, CA. We encourage candidates who can reliably commute to our office without a lengthy daily commute. Qualifications Demonstrated strength in professional writing and content creation for digital and print channels, including marketing copy and client communications. Ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination, social media activity, and basic content strategy. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Comfort working on‑site in a collaborative office environment, with professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow compliance guidelines, and represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner.
