Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to oversee our dietary department and ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, high-quality meals.

• Oversee daily Food Services operations, staff, and meal service.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff.

• Ensure compliance with CMS, NYS Department of Health, food safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Manage food purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and departmental documentation.

• Ensure compliance with therapeutic and physician-ordered diets.

• Maintain MSDS/SDS documentation and staff safety training.

• Address resident dietary concerns and promote resident satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Nursing and interdisciplinary teams on resident care plans.

• Participate in quality improvement and survey preparation activities.

• Minimum 1 year of Food Service Director experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.

• CDM certification required.

• ServSafe certification required.

• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and long-term care regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
