Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for a diverse cohort of clients, leading to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring that all patient records are timely and organized.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that all aspects of client care are coordinated effectively.

• Participating in routine case consultations, bringing forward insights and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their own care journeys.

• Remaining current with developments in the mental health field, incorporating cutting-edge interventions and research findings into your clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, providing support primarily to individuals and families navigating mental health concerns associated with hospice care. This includes addressing issues related to grief, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and other conditions impacting emotional stability during challenging life transitions. The ability to empathize with clients while offering practical therapeutic solutions will be essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with a solid understanding of various therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and strong interpersonal communication skills.
