AP ASSISTANT Part-time Regular Tallahassee, FL, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1059 Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Hourly Accounts Payable Assistant Reports to the CFO Part-time M-F, preferred hours 10:00am – 2:00pm approximately 20 hours per week The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable invoice coding and input in Accounting Information System (AIS) AP check scanning, processing and filing Credit card charge coding in MS excel, matching and filing receipts Entering journal entries into AIS Assisting Billing Manager with scanning and filing PO orders Miscellaneous "go for" errands such as picking up doctor lunches, dry cleaning, etc. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on the computer Must be able to lift upwards of 20 lbs for food delivery and box filing Must be comfortable driving. Reliable transportation is required. We encourage those who possess organizational ability to apply. Three years of accounting assistant experience is preferred. This is a temporary, part time position that will be assisting the CFO of our practice. Must have reliable transportation.
