Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique backgrounds, presenting issues, and treatment objectives of each client, ensuring an informed basis for intervention.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and narrative therapy, to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, ensuring their involvement and understanding throughout the process.

• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance through consistent engagement, trust-building, and collaboration, providing a safe space for clients to express their emotions and concerns.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations and best practices.

• Participate actively in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in therapy techniques, trends, and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families within the school environment. You will work closely with children suffering from anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other mental health issues, providing them with the tools to manage their emotional health and improve their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
