Senior Benefits Specialist

Our client is a premier law firm. They seek a Well-Being and Benefits Senior Specialist to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day administration of the firm's employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and wellbeing queries, providing expert advice and resolving issues promptly Coordinate annual benefits renewals, provider relationships, benchmarking activities, and the implementation of new or enhanced benefits Develop, deliver, and evaluate the firm's annual wellbeing program, covering physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing initiatives Lead wellbeing campaigns, events, training sessions, and communications to increase employee engagement and awareness of available support Analyze benefits utilization, wellbeing metrics, employee feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Produce regular reports and insights for HR leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness Ensure benefits and wellbeing programs comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, firm policies, and data privacy standards Manage benefits and wellbeing projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, implementation, and post-launch evaluation Build effective relationships with HR colleagues, Payroll, Finance, external providers, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of the firm's people strategy Requirements Relevant experience from a law firm, non-profit, or investment firm HRIS system experience, preferably Peoplesoft #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Group, LLC
