Benefits CoordinatorPurpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method, is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join its team. This is a great position for someone who is looking to expand their career, and join a company with a fun, fast-paced and inspirational culture.The Benefits Coordinator is an integral part of our Human Resources Department working closely with our Director of Payroll and Benefits along with our HR Team as needed and is the primary liaison for benefits and wellness, guiding employees through open enrollment and qualifying life events and other employee-related programs for our Company. The Benefits Coordinator will work with the Director of Payroll and Benefits in processing benefit requests against program requirements. They will be a main contact for all inquiries related to benefits and must have a good understanding of benefit administration.Benefits AdministrationEnroll and coordinate employees in benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)Ensure benefits eligibility is accurate and up to dateProcess new hires, life events, and terminations in benefits systemsReconcile benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendorsEmployee Support & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questionsEducate employees on benefit options, coverage, and costsSupport annual open enrollment, including meetings and materialsAssist employees with claims issues or vendor escalationsVendor & Broker CoordinationWork with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administratorsTrack renewals, plan changes, and required documentationSupport implementation of new benefit plans or vendorsCompliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA as applicable)Assist with audits, reporting, and required noticesMaintain benefits documentation, policies, and plan summaries (SPDs)HR Systems & Data ManagementMaintain benefits data in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity)Run reports related to benefits enrollment and costsEnsure data accuracy between HRIS, payroll, and benefits platformsProgram Support & AnalysisAssist with benefits benchmarking and cost analysisTrack participation rates and trendsSupport wellness initiatives and employee engagement programsCollaboration & SupportEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA as applicable)Maintain benefits documentation, policies, and plan summaries (SPDs)Reconcile benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendorsAssist in the setup, billing, enrollment, and COBRA of participants of for various benefit plansWork with Human Resources on employee education about our company benefits and enrollment in programsStrengths and Background:5+ years' experience in benefits administration for companies with 500 employees or moreExperience working with Workday preferredMust have advanced proficiency in Microsoft WordMust have advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detailConfidentiality & discretionEmployee focused communication skills both written and verbalWhat's in it for you?We offer a competitive salary along with exceptional benefits such as:Medical, Dental and Vision CoverageHybrid Work EnvironmentLife and Disability InsuranceUnlimited Time off + Paid HolidaysFlexible Friday's between Memorial Day and Labor Day401(K) Savings Plan Matching at 4%10 Coaching and Therapy sessionsMental Health BenefitsBrand Discounts & ReimbursementsIn-house workout facilitiesProfessional Development OpportunitiesTeam Building, Employee Engagement Activities & so much moreWORK SCHEDULE Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:Remote optional: FridaysOn-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and ThursdaysDIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION STATEMENT Purpose Brands is committed to encouraging, facilitating, and upholding an environment centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion across every facet of the Purpose Brands.
