Desktop Support & IT Training Specialist
Teleflex
Teleflex seeks a Desktop Support Administrator to provide on-site regional support and assist with tickets across the US and Canada. You will train users in person or remotely, and help with software and hardware issues while documenting inquiries and solutions. Responsibilities include configuring workstations, diagnosing problems, and ensuring timely resolution.
