Corvia Consulting partners with personal injury law firms throughout the United States to recruit exceptional talent, strengthen internal teams, and improve day-to-day operations. We are looking for an organized, driven, and people-focused Legal Recruiter to join our growing team in Draper, Utah.

About the Role

The Legal Recruiter will manage the recruiting process for legal and administrative positions within Corvia Consulting and our partner law firms. This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, moves quickly, stays organized, and understands how to identify candidates who are both qualified and a strong cultural fit.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for attorneys, paralegals, case managers, legal assistants, intake specialists, and other law firm positions.

• Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and client firms.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified legal professionals.

• Conduct proactive outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, email, and other sourcing channels.

• Track candidate activity, interview progress, offers, placements, and follow-up requirements.

• Maintain accurate information in the company’s applicant tracking and recruiting systems.

• Gather hiring feedback and move qualified candidates through the process efficiently.

• Assist with reference checks, offer coordination, and onboarding handoffs.

• Represent Corvia Consulting professionally in every candidate and client interaction.

• Meet individual and team recruiting goals and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, sales, or legal industry experience preferred.

• Legal recruiting or personal injury law firm experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable conducting phone and video screening interviews.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.

• Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and hiring teams.

• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work full-time from our Draper, Utah office.
