Patient Service Coordinator

To enhance the efficiency of patient scheduling operations, the full-time Patient Service Center Performance Coordinator will monitor processes, analyze performance metrics, and support PSC leadership in implementing improvements in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Utilizes custom applications to track performance metrics and reports findings for process improvement initiatives Mentors and trains PSC staff, providing leadership and support to enhance service delivery Prepares and reviews departmental performance metrics, contributing coaching and feedback to team members Required qualifications 4 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare; a Bachelor's degree can substitute for experience High school graduate or equivalent Intermediate level Excel experience and data manipulation skills Experience supporting MS Office, web-based applications, and remote users Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities
