FP&A Analyst

We're seeking a Staff Analyst, FP&A — Systems & AI Automation to join an innovative technology organization and help modernize its Finance function. This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with hands-on planning systems experience and a strong interest in AI and automation . You'll own the company's Pigment platform while improving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Finance workflows through technology and automation. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own and enhance the Pigment planning platform , including models, integrations, and hierarchies. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Build and deploy AI and automation solutions for Finance workflows. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams. Develop financial analysis and insights for senior leadership. Support and train users on the planning platform. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience. 2+ years of hands-on Pigment ownership — not just end-user experience. Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills. Experience building and deploying an AI agent or business automation . Experience with SAP or another major ERP . Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership. Comfortable working across Finance, systems, data, and AI . WHY THIS ROLE? Own the platform. Automate the process.
