Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health status, needs, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions to track client progress.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and client-centered care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety plans when necessary, adapting approaches to fit client circumstances.

• Document clinical interactions and outcomes accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed for both adults and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals aged 18 and over who are facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a significant role in supporting clients through their recovery journeys by promoting emotional resilience and providing psychoeducation that empowers them to manage their mental wellness effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits include:
