Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their needs and challenges, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and growth.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision, engage in training sessions, and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends in marriage and family therapy.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines while managing client confidentiality in compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to relationship dynamics, communication issues, anxiety, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of New York.
