PROGRAM ANALYST

US Navy

Fleet Logistics Specialist Duties

You will have knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) for work being performed in the Fleet, for supply rates Logistics Specialist, Retail Specialist, and Culinary Specialist.

You will analyze TTA tasks and subtasks to ensure the work is structured correctly and aligned to a duty task and conditions under which a task is performed and measured for completeness and/or accuracy.

You will attend USFF and other stakeholder meetings focused on effectiveness of individual training.

Reviews and analyze OPNAV, USFF, NETC, and NAVSUP policies and business processes and provides recommendations to incorporate CTC strategies and lessons learned.

You will be responsible for modernizing the training for these positions, particularly Navy-wide.
