Responsibilities A day in the life: Respond to new inquiries and manage intake pipeline Schedule and confirm initial assessments Educate families on ABA services and company offerings Close new cases and drive service starts Track performance metrics and conversion rates Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding Other tasks as assigned.
