What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive family health services within your scope of practice
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, screenings, and medical care for routine, acute, and chronic conditions
• Diagnose, treat, and manage illnesses and injuries using clinical guidelines and protocols
• Deliver preventive care, immunizations, and wellness education
• Develop treatment plans and counsel patients on healthy behaviors and self-care
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
• Educate patients, families, and staff to enhance health outcomes
• Follow infection control practices and maintain universal precautions
• Support quality improvement initiatives and staff training

What You Need

• Current, full, unrestricted RN license
• Certification in Family Medicine (AANP, ANCC, or recognized certifying body)
• Minimum 24 months of clinical practice in Family Practice within the last 36 months
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and clinical competency
