Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Certified Inspector for a hands-on, field-based role that combines sales with physical, on-site work. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through customer-focused sales strategies. This role combines traditional sales skills with creativity to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate enjoys being active, working with their hands, and interacting with customers directly in the field.BenefitsWage comparable to $90000 - $140000 + / year.Guaranteed base pay for the first four months of employment.Opportunities for increased sales commissions each year.Opportunity for an annual bonus.Paid time off and paid holidays.Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits are available.401(K) with company match and a generous employee stock purchase program.Company vehicle and fuel card.Cell reimbursement.Top reps can earn a yearly sales trip!What to ExpectPerform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.Actively participate in hands-on tasks, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.Effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field.Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed.You will have monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Centeniall, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc. Interview ProcessYou must complete three interviews as part of the hiring process before a job offer is extended: one with the local Branch Manager, a second with the Assistant Region Manager, and a final interview with the Manager of Residential Sales.QualificationsComfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.)Willingness to split time between sales and manual/field workStrong communication and customer interaction skillsSelf-motivated and adaptable in a field-based settingPrevious experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus Required:Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service.Exceptional verbal communication skills.Excellent time management skills.Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
