A leading metal fabrication manufacturer in Birdsboro, PA is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our production team. If you have experience operating press brakes, reading blueprints, and producing quality metal components in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Press Brake Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Pay Rate:  $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Brake Press Operator Job Description: 

1. Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
3. Select appropriate tooling and perform machine setups for various production runs.
4. Measure finished parts using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments.
5. Inspect parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Brake Press Operator Job Requirements:

1. Previous experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred.
2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
3. Knowledge of machine setup, tooling selection, and metal-forming processes.
4. Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.
