Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Provide day-to-day HR support to corporate functions and greater HR teams. Partner closely with the Director HRBP, managers, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence. Support employee relations, onboarding, HR programs, and reporting. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure positive resolution of workplace issues. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate recruitment processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for managers. Coordinate and support the facilitation of the promotion review process. Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain accurate employee records. Assist in the implementation of talent programs and performance management processes. Drive employee cultural initiatives and support learning and development programs. Contribute to Global Functions HR projects and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or similar is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and handle confidential information with professionalism. Passionate about employee experience, engagement, and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on clean energy solutions. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Comfortable partnering with managers to drive accountability, timely completion of HR actions, and process discipline.
