In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach while contributing to a reliable and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site protocols.
• Support traffic and pedestrian flow around the location, assist with visitor directions, and communicate clearly with team members regarding security-related concerns and post updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
