THE ROLE

Associates at Alpha gain the foundational skills necessary to become successful Commercial Real Estate Agents. The role is heavily focused on developing expertise in prospecting and cold calling, financial underwriting, retail property marketing, and CRM and database management — all within a collaborative team environment supported by active coaching, role plays, and structured training. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Candidates who are fiercely competitive, highly coachable, and motivated by results will thrive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Join Alpha’s Mentorship Program — purpose-built to turn driven individuals into elite retail commercial real estate professionals. Prospect, cold call, and pitch retail investment properties to active buyers and investors across all markets. Use Alpha's proprietary platform and leading industry tools to identify and validate property owners, research competitors, pull comps, and generate qualified leads. Assist senior advisors with Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), investment proposals, and underwriting to develop real-world transaction skills. Maintain detailed, disciplined records of all prospecting and client activity in Alpha's CRM and shared database — without exception. Actively participate in all team huddles, training sessions, and advisor role plays to continuously sharpen your edge. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with retail property owners that make you their first call — and only call.
