Responsibilities Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to buyers or sellers to aid in their decision making process. Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients. Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner. Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations. Lead generation. Commercial lead follow-up. Commercial sales. Set commercial appointments. Execute appointments. Master sales scripts. Qualifications Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language. Some knowledge of marketing and advertising. Ability to connect with a variety of personalities. Independent worker who is motivated and self‑sufficient. Real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions.
