Partnerships Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and relationship-focused Partnerships Coordinator to support external business relationships partner communication and day-to-day partnership initiatives.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates professionally manages follow-up well and is comfortable coordinating across sales marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support communication with business partners and external contacts
• Coordinate partnership meetings calls and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate partner records and CRM information
• Track deadlines open requests and partnership-related tasks
• Prepare presentations documents and meeting materials
• Coordinate partner needs with internal departments
• Assist with onboarding new business partners
• Maintain organized records of partnership activity
• Support ongoing relationship and account initiatives
