About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Field Sales Manager for a Regional and Store level client. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the client leadership on the benefits of the company's products, driving product engagement, and ensuring in-store execution to meet credit goals. This role requires the development of in-store product execution strategies, maintaining client relationships, and effective communication. The Associate Vice President, Field Sales Manager will also be involved in attending market/store meetings, conducting training, and supporting client program manager initiatives. The position is field-based, with a significant travel requirement, and the candidate must be located in the Atlanta, Charlotte, or Orlando areas. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services field or retail store management, or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 5 years' of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' of field or outside sales experience, 2 years' of client relationship management experience, and 2 years' of experience in developing presentations and pitching to management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are also essential.
